Notice of Non-Discrimination
The Berrien County School System does not discriminate on the basis of sex, race, creed, age, national origin, marital status, or handicap (Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; Title [X of the Educational Amendments of 1972 and Rehabilitation Act of 1973) in educational programs or activities receiving federal assistance. Employees, students, and the general public are hereby notified that the Berrien County Board of Education does not discriminate in any educational programs or activities or employment policies. Inquiries concerning the application of Title VI, Title IX, or Section 504 in regard to the policies and practices of this board, may be addressed to Mrs. Robin Marcrum of the Berrien County School System, P.O. The Berrien County School System offers career and technical education programs at Berrien High School. These programs are designed to prepare youth for a broad range of employment and further education and are offered under the guidance of certified teachers.
