All About Me!
Hello, my name is Bonny VanBrackle. I currently teach Economics, Psychology, and World History at BHS. This is my 14th year at BHS and my 23rd year as an educator. Part of my responsibilities at the high school involve Homecoming in the fall and Prom in the spring.
My educational background begins with a bachelor's degree from Mercer University in 1990. My majors were secondary education, political science, and history with a minor in Spanish. In 2003, I received my master's degree in History Education from Georgia Southwestern State University. In 2009, I completed a specialist degree in Teaching and Learning from Georgia Southwestern State University.
I am originally from Worth County and grew up in a close knit agrarian community. I am married with two children. My last child at home is a middle school student. Recently, I have been given the joy of becoming a grandparent to a precious grandson. It has been a wonderful experience so far!
I am looking forward to a great year with an awesome group of students! Again, I welcome all of you, especially those of you who are new to our district.

While I may go home to the Hornet's Nest, my heart will forever bleed Red and Gray!  Go Rebels!

Please let me know if I can help you with anything. You may contact me through my email at [email protected]  or by phone at 229-686-7428.
This is a website that will allow you access to class materials.  While it may be under construction, it is designed to be informative and helpful to both parents and students.
