Principal

Welcome to Berrien High School!  My name is Angie Lovein, and this is my 28th year working in the Berrien County School System.  I earned a Bachelor of Science in Education from Valdosta State University in 1992.  In 1994, I earned a Master's degree in Administration and Supervision from VSU and in 1996, a Specialist degree in Education Leadership from VSU. I began my career in education at Berrien Middle School where I taught English for 12 years and was the assistant principal for 3 years.  I then moved to Berrien Elementary School where I served as the principal for 3 years.  After BES, I came to Berrien High School and have been the principal here for 10 years.  

 

I am married to Rob Lovein, and we have two children.  Our son Tripp lives in Nashville, Tennessee where he attends mortuary school at Gupton College of Funeral Services.  Our daughter Caroline lives in Statesboro, Georgia where she attends Georgia Southern University.  We are all four proud graduates of Berrien High School!
