My name is Brenna G. Taylor, and I am in my twenty-ninth year of education.  I enjoy deep sea fishing, spending time at the beach, and reading. My husband, Jock, and I have one daughter, Julia.

My teaching career began in Valdosta with the Valdosta City School system. For five years I taught fifth grade math, science, and social studies at West Gordon Elementary.  Upon moving to Nashville, I began teaching at Berrien Middle School.  While there I taught sixth, seventh, and eighth grade math, pre-algebra, and high school algebra.

In 2005, I was named one of Georgia's first Master Teachers by Governor Nathan Deal.  This selection was based on classroom performance on the CRCT, documentation of student growth and professional practices.  With this honor I moved into the role of Berrien's first Math Coach and later became Berrien Middle's full-time Academic Coach.

I transferred to Berrien High School in 2015 to serve as the Graduation Coach.  In 2016, I became the CTAE Director for the district as well as one of Berrien High's Assistant Principals.  I continue to serve in this capacity today.
